Peakzone Trading Items are at final sale. Please make a note before purchasing.
We do our very best to you as the customer up to date. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund.
Please return all items in new condition, unused or damaged within 14 days with a recommended tracking code.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees therefore the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
All sale items are final and non-refundable.
Please note, that custom orders are non-refundable as they are prepared and made specifically for you.
Please make all Returns only after you have been given return instructions through email.

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the items.
If you are interested in exchanging your items, please contact us and we are happy to help you with the process.
Please return unused merchandise within 14 days with a recommended tracking.
You will be given a full refund of the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we, unfortunately, cannot refund.
If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 24 Hrs. of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.
