Return & Exchanges

Customer Satisfaction We strive to keep you, our valued customer, up to date and completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will gladly find a solution, whether it be a replacement, repair, or a refund.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Return items in new, unused, or undamaged condition within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Process: Use a recommended tracking code for returns. Please initiate returns only after receiving return instructions via email.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (unless the goods are damaged or faulty.)

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (unless the goods are damaged or faulty.)

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.

Returns / Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. While we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products, we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor will display the colors accurately.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your items, please contact us for assistance.

  • Return Window: Return unused merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date with a recommended tracking code.

  • Refunds: You will receive a full refund for the merchandise, minus shipping costs.

Cancellations 

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us before it is dispatched. We will process your full refund within 3-5 business days, although it is usually completed within 24 hours.
